BoardStuff has a duty to ensure that you, the purchaser, have recourse should something go wrong with your purchase.

We want you to get the most out of your purchase and will do everything within our power to resolves issues!

Please read the following Terms and Conditions regarding the guarantee and how we will act to rectify issues.

The 1 year guarantee terms & conditions only apply to the original purchaser and orders shipped to the UK. This guarantee is not transferable! For overseas orders, shipping costs will not be refunded but, we will still honour the guarantee with regard to failures within the guarantee period.

Please allow us to resolve your issue before writing negative comments on social media, Usenet, eBay or other public forums. If you have a problem or issue with our service or products we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whatever it takes.

Distance Selling Regulations (UK only):

  1. You have the right to return an unused item as long as you notify us in writing (e-mail is acceptable) within 14 days of receipt
  2. The item must be in original condition and unused
  3. We will refund your purchase price only, not the original shipping costs, in full within 28 days
  4. You must return the purchased item to us in a timely manner and certainly within 28 days**
  5. The cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded

Your rights under the guarantee:

  1. Should you have a technical issue relating to your purchase, we will work with you, to resolve the issue
  2. All products supplied by BoardStuff  are covered by a 1 year guarantee against faulty materials and poor workmanship
  3. For products that are faulty on delivery or fail within 30 days of delivery, you will be entitled to a full refund if you so wish. The product(s) must be returned to us and we will refund your original purchase price including postage plus your postage cost for returning the product(s)
  4. Products must be returned using the Royal Mail 2nd Class "Signed For" service unless otherwise agreed by us. You must notify us immediately that you have posted the item and give the Royal Mail Tracking Number**
  5. BoardStuff will inspect the product(s) and, if found to be faulty, repair or replace the product(s) and return it/them to you
  6. Your costs in returning the product(s) to BoardStuff and any refund will be refunded by the means used in the original purchase
  7. Damage due to abuse or mis-use of the product(s) will result in a charge for the repair or replacement of the product(s) including the cost of returning the product(s) to you

Unfortunately, from time to time, customers attempt to obtain refunds or replacement products to which they are not entitled. Please be aware that Fraud or attempts to Defraud are a criminal offense and will result in the matter being reported to the Police! Malicious "Charge-backs" or failure to return a purchased item for which a refund has been requested will be dealt with accordingly.

The unpacking of returned items will be video recorded to avoid any dispute as to the package contents!

** It is your responsibility to ensure that returned products are shipped with appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit.We are NOT responsible for returned items "lost or damaged in transit". It is up to you, the purchaser, to claim compensation.
